They would rather be with their human(s) than another cat. They have been known to make quite a lot of visits to Nursing Homes and Children's Hospitals. It is in their nature so there isn't a lot you have to do as far as training goes. Teach them to walk in a harness and jump on the bed next to a person- "not on top"! They are perfect at it and we get great joy seeing the expressions on the patient's faces and how comforted they are.
It is one of the most rewarding feelings - to brighten someone's day!
